Warranty Registration
Customers who have recently purchased an installation with us will need to register their warranties for maximum coverage.
Base (unregistered) limited warranties are typically a 1-year labor/5-year parts/5-year compressor.
Registered limited warranties are 1-year labor/10-year parts/10-year compressor. Higher efficiency models may be granted a 12-year compressor warranty when registered.
Commercial limited warranties are all 1-year labor/1-year parts/5-year compressor and must be registered with the installation date or else the warranty expires 1 year after the date of wholesaler delivery.
Extended and comprehensive warranties that cover longer time periods and labor are available on request.
Warranties on heating & air conditioning equipment do not cover labor and consumable materials after one year of installation, this warranty applies only to parts.
You will need your model and serial numbers ready and in front of you before beginning the registration process.
